We request that all customers check the measurements of the item that you are purchasing to ensure that it will both fit into the place where it is required, and also fit through hallways, doors, and upstairs. If on delivery, your item is unable to fit through an opening, it will be left with you at your front door or for a flat fee of ten pounds we will take the item back and issue you with store credit for the cost of your purchase.

Our drivers are only obliged to deliver your purchase to your home, it is at their own discretion as to whether they take the item into the room it is required.
