Priority Youth

Priority Youth Housing provides accommodation with support, floating support and advice on housing matters and training, education & employment issues to single homeless people aged 16-25 years old in Bristol and south Gloucestershire.

Established in 1989, Priority Youth Housing is a not for profit Industrial and Provident Society, and our support services have developed in response to the needs of young homeless people.

Many of the young people we meet have not had positive experiences of the education system and most are unemployed or in jobs that are poorly paid with few prospects. They often lack the confidence or the knowledge needed to take up opportunities that would increase their skills and enable them to reach their full potential.

In response to this we have developed information, advice and guidance services to assist young homeless people to access training, education and employment opportunities.
