Solon Housing

Solon aims to deliver good quality, affordable homes and customer focused housing services in a way that satisfies the housing and social needs of each of our customers. We will work primarily in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and in surrounding areas where we can demonstrate that we can manage homes effectively. 

Our services will be cost effective, responsive and value for money. Customers will be encouraged and helped to influence service quality and delivery. We will seek to maximise customer satisfaction and we will actively promote, and abide by, the principles of equality of opportunity.  

Services will be provided directly by Solon or in partnership with other agencies where more appropriate or cost effective. We will invest in a trained and motivated workforce to deliver our services.

Our success will depend on maintaining a secure income stream and financial strength.
